Weekend Update

I'm thoroughly enjoying my four day weekend, made even better by not requiring a long car ride or plane trip (okay most of my plane trips these days only take an hour - two hours tops but still). I must admit I haven't gotten a whole lot done. I saw Sherlock Holmes, and quite enjoyed it. I read Too Hot to Hold by Stephanie Tyler as well as The Stranger's Secrets by Beth Williamson (both awesome books- I'd highly recommend them both), and have started working on the (formerly known as) ghost story (I really need to think of something else to call it- the ghost is gone-maybe I should just call it ghost town, it is set in one after all).

I've been working on Ghost Town, and trying to work out some problems I am having. I know pretty much what happens, what I'm finding difficult is when to start and how to braid the different stories into a cohesive whole. Much thinking involved.

And since everything else I've tried to write has turned into mush, I'll leave you with a picture. This is my psychokitty, Savannah Jane, who turned 18 over Christmas, I don't think she looks a day over 17, don't you? (okay, the picture was taken last year, so she was 17, but still). She's training for a gold medal in napping, and has taken over the bed to do so.
