Had an eye exam today, and got New Contact Lenses! Yeah team! Wahoo!! (Can you tell I really and truly don't like glasses?) How near-sighted am I? At one point the guy doing the preliminary testing before the doctor saw me asked me to take my glasses off and look at the eye chart and tell him which line I could read. I couldn't see the chart, there were no letters on the wall, just a gray smudge. But with my contacts I have 20/20 vision. Yeah.
On the other hand, it's hard to see when you're sneezing so flipping much. Argh! What's with the pollen? I feel like I've been mugged by a tree. And I don't think I've ever sneezed as much as I have lately.
Well, that's it for me. I'm going off line. I'm going to write some, and then take a nap, and later go out to dinner with Katie (who's at work today). Tomorrow we will celebrate the annual migration of the ficus tree. :o).

And criminy...I don't normally have allergies, but the pollen here in Virginia is KILLING me. When you you can't see out the car window because of the thick layer of pollen on it, it's ridiculous!
I'm right there with you on the pollen. My cranberry red Saturn has taken on an orange sheen (or would that be cranberry-orange :o)? ). I hope the weather where you are was as nice as it was here today- practically perfect, not even too hot in the sun. Have a good week.
